Having started in national accounts and later as Head of Sales for a waste management company, Murray has mastered strategic planning and problem-solving. His collaborative leadership style ensures smooth operations, compliance and exceptional client service. Known for his dedication to sustainability, Murray drives CD Waste’s growth and success, even if his singing sometimes prompts the team to close his office door.

Antony is a highly experienced Business Manager with over 12 years at CD Waste, overseeing daily operations for the company’s major accounts to ensure smooth management and exceptional client satisfaction. His adaptability and leadership are key to handling complex accounts and nurturing strong client relationships, playing a vital role in CD Waste’s ongoing growth and success. While Antony’s work is top-notch, his jokes—well, let’s just say they don’t quite match his professional expertise!

Jordina is one of the most organised people in our business. Her role ensures all areas of the company work together seamlessly.

Nadia joined CD Waste in 2023 and is currently pursuing her ACCA qualification. With a solid background in finance, she oversees the accounts payable function, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time. Nadia thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoying the challenges of problem-solving and multitasking to keep the financial side of the business running smoothly.

Innocent is very customer-focused and has worked with our business for over 12 years. Always smiling and willing to go the extra mile.

Paul is a very experienced dustcart driver who takes great pride in his work. A stickler for detail, he rarely misses a bin.
